Kaylie's Fall Season of Softball

Kaylie had quite a season in softball this fall!  She not only caught a few pop ups in the outfield but also got to play 2nd base where she threw a few players out.  She also got to pitch which she has been working very hard on and we are taking her to a pitching coach every other week to practice.  The big, huge, exciting moment happened on one of her last games......she got a HOME RUN!!! It was so exciting and even though she ended up spraining her wrist sliding into home she still had a smile on her face.  Kaylie has now been on the Ponytail Express team for 4 seasons and the team has gotten really close and very good.  They won all but one game this season and that game was against a 12U team (her team is mostly made up of 9 year olds) and the game was still really close.  We are so proud of you Kaylie Rian AKA Little Kins!

I am so glad she has "found" softball. She has gained confidence and it something she can share with her dad!
